01When should I order?
Order by late summer to receive the sled before winter; new models arrive at dealers from August.
02Is a US-market ATV, UTV or snowmobile legal to use in my country?
Off-road and private-land use is allowed almost everywhere. Road registration depends on the country: in the EU these machines are usually approved individually as quads or tractors. We check the options for your country before you pay.
03How are powersports vehicles shipped?
ATVs and snowmobiles are crated or strapped on pallets; side-by-sides are driven into the container and secured by the wheels. Several units, or a unit together with a car, can share one 40-ft container, which lowers the cost per machine.
04New or used — which is better value?
New units give you the latest model year at US dealer prices. Used machines with low hours cost noticeably less: we read the engine hours, check the frame, suspension and belt or track, and send photos and video before purchase.
05Does the warranty work outside the USA?
Manufacturer warranties are generally limited to the country of sale, so plan on local service. We help with parts: maintenance items and spares can travel with the machine or be sent later.
06How long does delivery to Romania take?
Ocean transit takes 20–28 days; from purchase to handover it is usually 5–8 weeks. Air freight, where it makes sense, takes 3–6 days.
07What duty and tax will I pay in Romania?
For this type of vehicle: Import duty 10%, VAT 21%. They are charged on the price plus freight and insurance; you get the exact figure in a written quote before purchase.
08Which port do you ship to for Romania?
Arrival port: Constanța. After customs clearance we deliver by truck to your city, or you collect at the port.
