What data we collect
Contact details you submit in forms and chat (name, phone, messenger, email if provided), delivery country and city, vehicle preferences and budget, messages; technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, clicks, referral source and advertising click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid); cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie policy.
Why we use it
To answer your request and prepare quotes (contract preparation, legitimate interest); to run and secure the website; to measure and improve our services (analytics, with consent where required); to show relevant advertising and measure ad performance (with consent where required); to meet legal obligations.
Who receives it
Our managers and CRM system; service providers acting for us (hosting, email, messaging, analytics and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta); logistics and customs partners only when needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
We are based in the USA and work with clients worldwide. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Requests and correspondence: up to 3 years after the last contact; contract and accounting records: as required by law; analytics data: up to 26 months.
